By-Laws

Each year the GH-ACCW Treasurer provides forms for Deaneries to use to have their affiliates (parish organizations and ministries) as well as individuals to use to register. The dues are submitted to the Deanery Treasurer who then submits them to the GH-ACCW Treasurer. 

Deanery Treasurers' Instructions :

1. Please have of your Affiliates complete the Annual Dues Request form and return it and their check, made payable to the Deanery.  The annual dues for 2022-2023 are $30.00 plus per capita dues of $.50.
2. When you have received the forms and checks from all of your Affiliates, please retain half of the dues ($15.00) and half of the per capita ($.25) for the Deanery.
3. Please complete the Dues Report form and return it with a copy of each Annual Dues Request form and one check make payable to GH-ACCW to Linda Williams Hall, 7915 Battlecreek Drive, Houston, Texas 77040.  The  dues deadline is November 1, 2022 and are considered delinquent if postmarked after January 31, 2023
